Some years back, just before going to an appointment with a Leeds letting agents, I went to see my Nan in Manchester about a burning question I had.
After dating my girlfriend for two years, I was considering whether or not I would ever propose marriage to her, and I needed my Nan’s advice before making decisions and moving into cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/teethwhitening.html. And no matter how endearing freckles are, these “root” freckles became a continuous tattoo-type distraction to me.
My grandmother naturally asked if I had spoken to her about this. I said, “no, how could I?” and my Nan agreed with relief. She too had met Flora and like her very much. We discussed the genetic cause of freckles, and my Nan asked me how I would feel if I had a child with Flora that had freckles spelling a different word. That changed the perspective a bit I suppose. We then talked about the things of love that matter, and I agreed that I would miss the “root” if I never saw it again.
My Nan advised that I move into the student accommodation and give it some more time for thought. Fortunately, I did that and made the right choice. Flora and I have a red head little girl and her set of freckles appear to spell the word “hoot”.
